Brien has a great disposition, does his work with full competence and couldn’t be more helpful in general. He initially caulked my garage door and sliding door; when I found caulk on other windows that had come loose I asked him to come and fix that and he did with a great attitude. Brien has a good mix of personality and trade competence that suits him well to his job.

Aspen Exteriors has been contracted as the siding and painting at Elsworth on Park in Vancouver Washington. During their time doing the construction work and painting all the workers have been very respectful and hardworking.
One note, their interior foreman Brien especially has been very attentive to my needs and concerns.
I appreciate Brien’s help and hard work in making this huge job complete and excellent.

Dear Mr. Sanchez,
We wish to thank the staff at Aspen for the Excellent work and services provided to us during the major remodel of our home, including the addition of an elevator and the replacement and repair windows. Â Our object was to remodel this new house to meet our current and long term home living requirements. Aspen was selected as general contractor by our architect.
All Aspen staff were skilled and dedicated to the remodel results and standards set by ourselves and our architect. Â We worked with Matt to define the job, complete the contracts and to commence remodel work. Â Jeff was appointed as elevator project manager and as such scheduled Aspen and contractor staff and kept all on track to plans and performance standards. Â The elevator job was a large complex project!! A three plus story shaft was constructed and finished. Â Everyone was responsive and transformed our home into a functional and beautiful place with high quality workmanship.
Tim took charge of window repair and replacement along with Devon. Their work was excellent. Tim even worked over a holiday weekend with periodic rain and high winds to get the job finished.
We would recommend Aspen to clients who wish to add an elevator to an existing structure, repair and replace windows, siding and other remodel jobs. Â We were pleased to have a great group of Aspen staff to work with, during our extensive home remodel. Â You couldn’t as for a better team and company to work with!

I want to let you know that Aspen Exteriors did an excellent job on installing our windows and replacing the siding on our house. Â Tim was the manager on the project and he was wonderful to work with. He was sensitive to our needs and communicated to us on a daily basis. From start to finish the entire crew was very professional and courteous. They were on the job every day until it was completed. I was really impressed how they cleaned up our property when the job was completed.
I highly recommend Aspen to anyone who wants an A+ job done.

We want you and your entire team to know how happy we are with the finished product your company provided.
From the start, we felt we were realistic with the time frame needed to complete the job and wanted your teams advice every step of the way. We knew form the beginning that this was going to be a big job and there would be a few bumps along the way. When any issue came up, Aspen provided a solution or multiple solutions on how to correct the issue and we choose how to proceed. It isn’t only the finished product that makes us feel so good, its the way we came about getting the finished product. Your project manager, Tim and his entire teams communication and professional approach to the job was a complement to your companies success. Maybe the best testimonial was hearing our neighbors comment on how clean the construction area was kept, how each person was wearing a company clean shirt and not looking rag tag, seeing the driveway swept for nails and each day and not hearing extra loud music or “off color” language.
Your advise for some simple but very noticeable upgrades are greatly appreciated. The finished product is very close to the original concept drawings, but better.
If you ever need a reference, you are welcome to show our house, stop in any time, ask us to visit with any prospective client on the process.

I want to thank you for the beautiful job on my townhome. I have never had such a good experience with a construction crew.  Andy Leisman was comforting.  He has a positive, warm  and can-do (and does) spirit. Totally professional, he responded to my every concern immediately…This is unheard of with most construction crews.
My garage door was bent (my car did it!) and Chad fixed it that very day. Â If not for this I would still be opening it manually. Â All the workers were very considerate (moved their gear quickly when I had to pull out of the garage).

I would like to express my appreciation for the fine job Andy Leisman is doing as Project Manager of the Quail Hollow South project in Tigard. I am an officer of the HOA and Andy has kept me apprised of the progress of his crew on a daily basis. He has been extremely courteous and considerate of the needs of all our owners. I have received numerous compliments from the other HOA members praising Andy’s concern and respect for their specific situations. There is no doubt he has put himself out to make sure everyone is satisfied.
I related to him a specific concern I had about his crew working on the front of my unit and creating a high noise level during the times in which I needed to work. I have a home office and must concentrate at an extremely high level. Andy arranged the work on my unit taking my schedule into consideration. I greatly appreciated his attention to this.
He has done an excellent job of overseeing his crew as evidenced by their courtesy and care of our property during the project. Their performance, as directed by him, has been of very high quality. Andy’s leadership and guidance is reflective of your company’s level of workmanship and I would not hesitate to recommend you to others.

We had the pleasure of working with Aspen Exteriors last Fall-Winter ’08. We own a townhouse in a 45 unit neighborhood. Our Experience was a very positive one.
The knowledge, dedication, and excellent communication on behalf of the project managers and entire work crew more than made up for the inconvenience of going through a remodel. A project manager, Jeff or Blake, was on site each day. We were always informed of the progress that was being made and what was to be expected in the coming days thanks to their excellent communication. Phone calls and emails were always answered promptly in the rare event that they weren’t available to talk to in person. The work crew was always polite and professional and cleaned up the area at the end of each day.
We love our “new” home and would highly recommend Aspen Exteriors to any friends or family that are looking for a contractor to complete their next project. We are so grateful to Jeff and Blake for their tireless efforts to see this very large project through.

I am one of the residents that was present while your company replaced the siding and some windows on SW Donna Court in Beaverton. The property was a triplex townhouse in the 15400 section located toward the end of the cul-de-sac. Work began on June 12, 2006.
I was present for most of the work being done and I have to say that the crews were outstanding in their performance. I was in the 15481 apartment and had daily interaction with your crews. Not only did they stay on task but they were professional, polite and always courteous. I never once heard foul language. They cleaned up after themselves. I understand that with a project such as this, there will always be come inconvenience, in this case it was kept to a bare minimum and well below expectations.
I have nothing but smiles and admiration for your crew and the company they represent. Even though I did not contract you, I have been involved with work crews of all types in my work field. On every point, your company and crew were far above expectations. There has been work going on on the same street and your guys can blow them out of the water.
It will be my privilege and honor to recommend your company to anyone I am associated with.

First off, I would like to apologize for the delay in sending out this letter. I was called away suddenly to Idaho to attend to my mother who has cancer and unfortunately will be her for quite some time.
I would like to comment on the workers that replaced the siding on the building we currently occupy.
I was very impressed by the professionalism and politeness of the crews that came to do the work. Though there is some inconvenience involved whenever there is to be work on a building, it was kept to a bare minimum. I was acknowledged each time I was present outside the apartment and treated with courtesy and respect. I never once heard foul language from any of the crewmembers. They cleaned up after themselves daily. They stayed on task and finished in good time.
I am experienced working around construction crews, maintenance crews and remodeling crews. I must say without reservation that the men that I observed working on this project were well above what I expected from my experience. I have nothing but smiles and admiration for them and the company they represent.
